This is a mixed review because the food is delicious, but it’s no longer a safe place for celiacs for one simple and avoidable thing.

You can either get the all you can eat buffet and table side meat carving rotation (classic Brazilian steakhouse), or pay by the weight of the plate.

All the meat was phenomenal and supposedly gluten free except the sausage potentially so I stayed away. They would occasionally have Brazilian cheese bread which is gluten free which was a huge plus too. Most of the buffet items (rice, beans, veggies, different entree mixes) were mostly gluten free too.

The big gotcha was the regular bread, and how they cooked it. All the meat is cooked on the rotating spits in the open oven, and the regular (gluten) bread is literally cooked on the top most spit, constantly spinning above alllll the delicious meat. This was super disappointing because it basically removed this 1-2x times a week dinner spot from our rotation. We honestly spent $50-$75 a week here and liked to sit down. Now it’s on the not safe list until they either have a different way to cook the bread, or go with the cheesy bread only :( :(
