Review of Minerva Indian Restaurant

Indian restaurant with a lunch buffet, when Indian buffets in Jax are almost extinct. Really good food, a busy buffet, but you have to be very careful about asking for ingredients for every item. There are enough items with gluten that the risk for cross contamination is high. We’ve gotten gluttoned twice here despite best efforts so we won’t be back. Nothing is marked.
