How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

I got the risotto the first night and the nima came back with wheat so I didn’t eat it. I ate a simple salad with the red wine vinaigrette and didn’t get sick. I also went here for a wedding the next day and they gave me a vegan dish that passed the nima test. They assured me everything would be prepared safely so I’m not sure how credible they are.
