I’m not celiac but my 4 year old son is. Our family loves Hakka food, which is inspired by the Chinese diaspora in India, but have rarely had it since my son’s diagnosis because it’s rare to find gluten free Hakka options. We just discovered this restaurant and it has great Hakka food and also has a gluten free (and also a vegan) menu, so we got take away and mentioned there’s a serious gluten allergy. They clearly labeled the GF Szechuan chicken and GF rice noodles and packaged it separately from all the non-GF food.
