Review of Ming Sushi

I have eaten here twice, each time the waitstaff was attentive, careful, and brought me the gluten free soy sauce. The chefs prepare sushi to order and I was able to ask them about their rice vinegar and to prepare my food safely with new gloves and clean surfaces. I have not had symptoms from eating here and usually order sashimi and sushi from the all you can eat menu.
