Review of Minnesota Wild at Terminal 2 (Humphrey)

I came here to inform all the glutenfree sir travelers about their options at Terminal 2, which is the Humphrey Terminal. Other than the one Mexican style restaurant a little bit down the hallway in this Terminal you have the Minnesota Wild restaurant. They do not have a glutenfree menu. Their fries are not prepared in a glutenfree drier. However the owner is very friendly and will do his best to not add a toast to your egg omelette (breakfast until 10.30am) and prepare your sandwich without the bun. Also the salads can be modified. There is a gluten reduced beer, that is not entirely glutenfree, so not useable for celiacs, but it is gluten reduced. It's the Omission Pale Ale.
