I reached out before visiting and the owner walked me through their process of making the gluten free pizzas. They make the gluten free pizzas in a separate area with no flour in that area, use separate ingredients/utensils and cook in an oven where no flour is in. They were very receptive of walking me through the process and the crust was the best I have found for gluten free. I would highly recommend them.
