Pro: I didn’t get glutened Con: the gluten free soy sauce was given to me in a bottle that was clearly regular soy sauce. They said they just reused the bottle. I wasn’t going to take chances so I didn’t have any. They checked and said their sake wasn’t GF so I didn’t have it either. I had miso soup and snow crab roll. Seemed fine but very easy to make a mistake. Not ideal
Delicious sashimi and spicy tuna roll, served with gf soy sauce. Also, the miso soup is gluten free. The kitchen staff is very confident about their gluten free items, and the server was proactive in asking the kitchen when he wasn’t sure. I had no reaction to the food.
I walked in, asked if they could do gluten free, and was told yes. They have Tamari gluten free soy sauce, and their rice is gluten free. I had a philly roll and a california roll. Service was fast and food was delicious.
