Review of Minotauro Pastry Shop

Insanely good gluten free cannoli. Each shell is individually packaged so they pipe it fresh per demand. We had the option of traditional ricotta or pistachio filling. The owner informed us that the ingredients used are gluten free and that they take care so that the chance of cross contamination is very low. There was also a choice almond cookies and items were marked as gluten free. Would definitely go again!
