I read some reviews saying Elotes and Pupusas (x2 locations inside the ballpark) were “safe” for Celiacs. My son had the nachos and had a horrible reaction. We’ll never trust anything there again. Thankfully, you can bring a gallon-sized bag with your own snacks, so we’ll just do that next time but it stinks to take a kid to the game and not be able to get him anything to snack on.
Update: Went last year and their menu has changed, obvious gluten containing items. Cashier was like deer in headlights when I asked if they had anything gluten free, she said no. My dear husband spoke to a manager who said to speak with them but in such a small space cross contamination is inevitable, I could never be that hungry.
(Elotes and Pupusas) Manager stated everything is gluten free, nothing with gluten is used in their kitchen. I had the loaded fries which was absolutely delicious. The staff was absolutely wonderful and seemed to know what Celiac Disease was.

By section 118 Goya Latin Cafe. GF hotdogs and Redbridge beer.
Astros at Minute Maid Park observations 3-29-24.
The Butcher cart (section 116 and 124) has brisket stuffed baked potatoes and nachos. Tried the potato and had no reaction. Asked for no sauce just in case. Did not ask about the chips for the nachos. They also do a two meat plate.
There used to be Jackson Street BBQ that had a similar brisket potato but they’re not back this year.
Killens BBQ at section 434 is supposed to be GF except their sauce.
Spud House at section 154 and Sunrise BBQ at section 406 may be worth looking into.
Also, had the Texas Roadhouse roasted peanuts sold at almost every stand with no issues.
Shake Shack at section 157 can do lettuce wraps and shakes but not sure about cross contamination.
Elotes and Pupusa’s at section 124 is supposed to be ok but seen some mixed comments.
Slovacek Sausage cart at section 154 and 431. All their sausage is GF. I think they serve it on a bun so ask to be separate.
Finally, bring your own snacks. They allow a one gallon ziplock bag.
Finding food is tricky at any ball park. I ordered the loaded baked potato with pork and had no issues.
So I give Jackson Street BBQ 5 Stars for offering GF options and Shake Shack 0 Stars.
Shake Shack advertises GF options on their website and that’s a joke. I went around the entire ballpark and found a sweet server who I walked up to and asked about the Jackson Street BBQ in section 124 when I asked if it was Gluten Free she let me know she has Celiac and her brother worked there also and was very knowledgeable about what I could and could not eat and they did a glove change for me. I had a loaded BBQ Baked Potato with cheese NO BBQ sauce since it is non GF. They also said the turkey legs were GF.
Hot dog was terrible. The GF hot dog bun just fell apart, very crumbly.
