Can make many dishes gf using gf penne pasta. The challenge with using penne is it’s difficult to drain properly. I ordered grilled veal piccata. The lemon butter sauce is very thin and runny which I suspect is due to the hastily drained penne. The veal is rather tough and the penne is slightly undercooked (chewy). My husband’s gluten-filled meal was delish (he said) so I’d come back and try again. Underwhelming.
