Great sushi, extensive GF menu, and clearly knowledgeable waiter (immediately offered GF soy sauce and answered all my questions!)

I have gotten take out with little problem but today I ate in the restaurant. There was crunch that accidentally got into my roll. It wasn’t in all the pieces. But it’s made me ill. They weren’t busy so they must have just been sloppy. I regret going. I’m a celiac. Perhaps the sushi pieces would be fine. They advertise gluten free sauces and understand gluten free preparation. But they warn about there kitchen and perhaps don’t have best practices. The other three times I ordered there, I didn’t have a problem

Entire menu is labeled precisely with GF where it is gluten-free. More than half of the items, both appetizers and entrées, have the GF marking next to them.
