I had the gluten free soy sauce and a few rolls. The staff knew what was gluten free and what wasn’t. I did not feel great after eating but not terrible.

The staff had extensive knowledge of what had gluten, down to the trace amounts in their miso soup. There was no designated menu, but there were many options. Absolutely delicious!
