Went here the other day and told them I couldn’t have gluten. The waitress reassured me she would let the kitchen know. My food looked identical to my husband’s, but I trusted them. I was sick for the following 3 days. I won’t be returning.

This is the only hibachi restaurant I’ve been to in the area with gluten free soy sauce! I really appreciate it because my friends and family love hibachi and now we can enjoy it together.
I get the hibachi with fried rice instead of noodles. It comes with a gluten free miso and tofu kind of soup (still good!) and salad with no dressing.

Nice but brought me out gluten noodles. Took it back and brought me out a new plate. It was yucky and bland. Made me sick
Ate here recently with no reaction. Ordered from Hibachi. Unsure about knowledge of staff. I just asked for no soy sauce and tried to make smart choices. Worked out well.
This is a hit or miss depending on your wait person. The first time I went I had a young man that took control, brought me gf soup (which was different from everybody else's but still delicious) and salad with no dressing, also made sure my hibachi had gf sauce on it. Second time was a disaster. The girl told me they never have gf soup, brought me a salad with the dressing, and when they brought my sushi rolls out I asked her if it was the gf sauce I had asked for, and it wasn't so she had to take it back.
Mirakuya has gf soy sauce and they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination.
