Eaten there a few times. The first two were great. The food is delicious. The third time there was cross contamination, I was sick for days. They don’t have dedicated GF and I don’t think the staff took me seriously. They can add GF ramen or use GF soy sauce. They are available if you request it.
I called them and they told me that they can accommodate a gluten allergy. I did tell them that I had celiac and they said that okay. I went to the establishment and confirmed with them again and they told that everything is cross contaminated and it’s not for someone with an allergy. They have gluten free options.
Miso Ramen has an extensive GF menu. Almost everything can be made GF as they have a special soy sauce for it. Their Ramen can all be made GF by just swapping noodles, any braised meats are done so with GF soy sauce. And it’s delicious.
