I have ordered poke here for several months and it seems to be all good so far. They always tell me gluten free when I do an online order and they will put in gluten free soy sauce packets. One time I ordered two bowls, one GF and the chef called to confirm the other bowl was ok to have gluten eel sauce. I haven’t had anything else but the poke but I haven’t ever felt bad from the poke
