Review of Miso Taco

Staff training was ok - knew about celiac but not what was gf. Gf selection is quite small: - birria-dilla with corn tortillas - chashu style carnitas tacos - Tuna tataco (ask to have it non-marinated, or just say gluten free Tuna Tataco) - GF fried rice taco bowl (can add birria, chashu or tofu at extra cost) - GF Teriyaki taco bowl (choose between birria, chashu, tofu, or mushrooms) - Edamame - Fiesta salad

I got the teriyaki taco bowl with chashu and without soy sauce. Good flavor and portions. Price was good too. Unfortunately I think I reacted the next day :(
