Delicious traditional Venezuelan arepas and empanadas made fresh with 100% GF ingredients. No risk of cross-contamination and one of the owners family have Celiac so they truly understand! The juices and deserts are amazing too. It’s a fun environment to eat there or and they have to go for the beach. A MUST for anyone who’s GF - and my nonGF husband loves the food too.

This place is GREAT! We ate here twice during our week in Maui. It's so nice to be able to order anything on the menu and we tried lots of stuff! Everything was yummy. One of my kids is gluten free, corn free and dairy free and she was still able to eat here. She got the pabellon bowl which comes with rice, beans, cheese, choice of protein and sweet fried plantain. They have plant based cheese which is great of you're also dairy free. The yuca fries are yummy and we ordered those both times. Lots of yummy choices on this menu, even tasty desserts!

100% gluten free, the cheese empanada is my favorite and their kahlua pork arepa is delicious too. However they don't seem to understand nightshade allergies so if you have other allergies be careful. I was told there's "nothing spicy" in the chicken empanada but it's full of peppers.

This small establishment is BIG on flavor and taste. All GF menu and our orders were excellent. First time having Empanadas since going GF 7 years ago and did not disappoint. I wanted to order a second round! The sauces they provide were delicious accompaniments. The Arepas were amazing. We will be back and highly recommend you try them as well.

Miss Arepas was huge for me (celiac) when I stayed with my wife at Kaanapali Beach. It was the only gluten-free kitchen we learned of in that area. The food was delicious, but more important to us was the safety. We ate there three times, had six different entrees, and all were delicious. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Miss Arepas, please come to Asheville, NC and open up a restaurant!
