I’m extremely gluten-sensitive with Celiacs and this is my go-to barbecue place. All of their meats are gluten free including their sausage. Baked beans, green beans, collard greens, cold slaw are gluten free as well. Most of the sauces are GF, but I would double check. There is minimum cross contamination and the food is top notch. I had them cater an event and the catering manager ran through all of the ingredients with me.
