We were told that all their meat and all their barbecue sauces are gluten free. They told the kitchen that we had Celiac’s and they cleaned their counter and switched to a clean knife to cut the meat for us. Their fryer for fries is only for fries so it is gluten free as well. We really enjoyed their food and felt like they handled it safely!
Overall it’s a good choice and safe for GF DF allergies. You must let the cashier know when you’re placing your order or it will be contaminated. They have a gluten free fryer as well. Most of the Meats are Gluten free and dairy free. But I always ask they do have an allergy guide at the register if you have questions. I’ve ate here many times and have not gut sick.
I have a gluten allergy and other food sensitivities. Talked to an overseer/manager whose wife is a celiac and eats there often so he personally took care to make sure my plate was specifically gf. I got the brisket, turkey, and coleslaw. Very very good food and amazing service. Had no reaction to the food.
This is a go to place for me. I am an asymptomatic celiac. They have a gluten free menu which includes most items except breads, buns and Mac and cheese. Maybe some sauces. They are knowledgeable and change gloves. I think the only thing they fry are the fries and they’re my fave. Always have a good experience here.
I ordered a party pack on a Saturday night online. I choose all gluten free options but the corn bread. I placed in notes gluten allergy to please take precautions and bag the bread separately. When I arrived my order was not ready. The gentman behind the counters said we just need to grab your corn bread. As he bagged my cornbread he explained the precautions taken with the rest of my order. So impressed. I left with two bags and piece of mind.
