My husband and I ordered food here. I ordered letting them know I had an allergy and when he yelled back to let them know, the girl said “which one is has the gluten allergy? The sandwich?” I thought that was an odd question considering the sandwich is made on bread and bread contains gluten. That comment made me a little uneasy seeing maybe not everyone back there understand what a gluten allergy is. Food was good though and I didn’t feel sick after.
I've been here several times.. the food is good .. the cashiers yell back and put on the ticket that it's gluten free.. Glove change... 2 separate areas for the meat... One person supervises your tray...as they assemble your meal. Dedicated fryer for Fry's only hand cut (really good).. Everything is clearly labeled on the menu that you can down load.. Super friendly clean environment.. You owe it to your self to stop buy and check it out ..

Mission BBQ rocks. They have a gluten free menu, a dedicated fryer for the fries, & made sure everyone changed gloves. They were so nice, & when they accidentally included cornbread that wasn’t gf (wrapped in foil), they insisted on making a new plate & had me take the other one home for my hubby, no charge. The brisket (moist), fries, & green beans were yum. Many gf meats, sides, & sauces to choose from. Love the inspiring decor honoring military & first responders of all kinds, too.

This is a go to place for me. I am an asymptomatic celiac. They have a gluten free menu which includes most items except breads, buns and Mac and cheese. Maybe some sauces. They are knowledgeable and change gloves. I think the only thing they fry are the fries and they’re my fave. Always have a good experience here.

I ordered a party pack on a Saturday night online. I choose all gluten free options but the corn bread. I placed in notes gluten allergy to please take precautions and bag the bread separately. When I arrived my order was not ready. The gentman behind the counters said we just need to grab your corn bread. As he bagged my cornbread he explained the precautions taken with the rest of my order. So impressed. I left with two bags and piece of mind.
