They explained all their allergy procedures (changing gloves, opening new containers, wiping things down) - although if one is very sensitive, they only wipe down the cutting boards, they don't have dedicated ones. I didn't have any reaction though, the food was delicious. Most of their meats and sauces are gf.

excellent pulled pork but even more impressive was their knowledge on gluten free. wonderful staff and some of the best barbecue I have had.

The have a gluten free menu but will also change their gloves. The employees were very knowledgeable about gluten and it was no hassle at all. They also only fry French fries so the fryer is completely gluten free. On top of that the food is amazing and service is great.

This place has always had delicious barbecue, and they are ready and willing to provide you with a gluten free menu, and take all necessary precautions to ensure there's no cross-contamination. We will definitely be back!

Love going here. Inform them when you order that it is gluten free and they ensure precautions are taken (change gloves, wipe order area down) then take care of the order. Food is always very good.

Very good BBQ. They take it seriously. Pretty much you can have everything but the buns. They change their gloves and take good care of you.

Super knowledgeable staff and well-versed in celiac, staff has family member with celiac diagnosis. Has a dedicated GF fryer for fries. Very lovely experience and people here. Tastes great :)

My daughter has celiac and has had no reaction. The employees make sure to communicate that there is a gluten issue when preparing her food. Dedicated fryer for fries!

Mission BBQ was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and I could even have french fries. I would definitely go back.

This is my second visit to Mission in 6 months. I don't recall what I ordered in December bit it didn't bother me. This trip I ordered the smoked hamburger without a bun (no gf option) with mashed potatoes. This will be a regular visit when I'm in DE.
