The restaurant is not gluten free but the dishes may be ADAPTED to remove items with gluten. The server was very knowledgeable in what dishes had to be adapted and which weren't. The dishes are shared, so they are adapted for the whole table even if only 1 person is gluten free. There is some risk of cross contamination but the server indicated great care.
The dishes were not presented as the adapted versions, so there was some confusion (server did not indicate they had not included the ingredients with gluten) so we had to double-check.
The food was AMAZING and I haven't gotten sick.
