Most of the items on the menu can be gf, they add a gf pita, very knowledgeable , spesrate fryer. The waiter was very knowledgeable. Cool atmosphere.

I felt safe and the stuff seemed to know everything about gluten. I ate gyros with fries and GF pita. I recommend it.

I got the chicken skewers meal which cones with chips, gf pita and a bit of salad. The head waitress (owner?) knew exactly what I was talking about and said almost everything on the menu is gluten free. I felt quite safe eating there.

Eating at Mitato was excellent. It's always such a joy to not have to worry about my daughter's health. The server was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Also, they had a gluten-free, meatless option for souvlaki that was really great. Our whole family enjoyed their different souvlakis (meatless/vegetarian, pork, chicken, and my husband ate some liver/heart/kidney thing that he enjoyed). The night before we ate at a different restaurant in Nafplio and they had never heard of being gluten free and made dinner really difficult and unpleasant. All Celiac visitors to Napflio should visit Mitato!

Delicious!!!!! Ordered the pork and chicken gyro on the gluten free pita. Used my resturant card in Greek which was helpful.

I surely recommend this restaurant to celiacs as the owner's wife is celiac. For this reason they are all well aware about contaminations. Another good reason to go there is the food that is very good. They also serve gluten free pita which is a rarity in Greece!

Delicious food in a safe environment. They are very aware of cross contamination, and chef ensured that the salad I ordered could be prepared safely. Came twice and excellent both times. Souvlaki and gluten free pita are excellent, as are the fries.

We were on a cruise and stopped in Nauplion/Naufplion Greece. The tour was complete by 1230 so we decided to try this restaurant since others had eaten here. It’s only an 8 minute walk from the port.

The lady in charge was knowledgeable about Celiac and let us know what we could / couldn’t have. I got the gyros and son got the souvlaki. Might I add that the servings are large!

The food was very good and would recommend trying this restaurant.

After a week in Greece, I finally found a place with GF pitas! Unfortunately, I think it was cooked pizza crust, but hey! At least there was an attempt.

Other than pita disappointment, this was a great place and offered GF buns.

Went in the evening with the family, there was a bit of a communication barrier but the waiter for sure understood "gluten-free" and clearly indicated what would be safe and what would not be safe. I had the chicken souvlaki three-piece dinner with fries. It came with a gluten-free pita. I felt fairly confident here, I think I would go back. Food was definitely cheap and filling and I guess not bad if you like fries and meat on skewers. Waiter was friendly and it had a cool ambience with interesting Christmas decorations up. Other families came when we were here - it's family-friendly. My son liked his gluten burger. I go back and forth between 3 and 4 stars - it's a solid 3.5.

Amazing service incredible food - gluten free pita gyro wrap was AMAZING!! The staff was so informative and they keep a dedicated fryer separate - great for me who is gluten free and my son who has severe milk and egg allergy. They take all of the precautions !!

I ate there twice and the food was great. The waiters we're very friendly and helpful and made sure that everything was safe for me to eat. The owner's wife has Celiac disease so they know what they are doing. The gluten free pita bread was so good I had to double check that I got the right order, would highly recommend the place.

The owner knows exactly what celiac is and everything is done so that you can eat just the same as a non-intolérant person. I had a sandwich-pita with chicken and it was fabulous : )

We were so surprised to find this place! All the meat and vegan gyro options are gluten free plus they make a gluten free pita. It was so delicious that I was almost nervous that they had made a mistake and given me the wrong bread, but I had no symptoms afterwards! I had the vegan gyro with gf pita.
