Actually able to get a gluten free, dairy free sandwich. Very good and when they found out it was an allergy they said they would make sure to do a glove change.

Very knowledgeable! They use Canyon Bakehouse bread which is GF and dairy free. Pancakes are GF but have dairy. My Gf/DF daughter had toast, bacon and fruit and was happy.

Staff was very helpful. Food was excellent and they had a ton of gluten free options including great bread. Celiac safe, I had no problems and I get symptoms easily so usually know quickly if I get glutened. Will definitely eat here often when we are in flagstaff.

Very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. My daughter (celiac) had the gf pancakes and had no issues. Overall the breakfast was decent but not outstanding. Restaurant was inside a mall area which helped because the kids could run around while we waited for food. The store downstairs had a pond with fish which they loved.

Great place to eat if you are celiac or gluten free, or if you are neither! Friendly and helpful staff and they will be sure to not cross contaminate any of your food. Not to mention the food is delicious.

The GF pancakes were okay. GF pancakes aren’t that hard but these were not so tasty. The food isn’t very high quality. Pancakes are only served in the morning.

We had breakfast here and it was the best we've had on our trip. Mum had the GF strawberry pancake stack and toast which were delicious! Coop, who took our order explained that everything was kept separate and wouldn't contain gluten and they even had a GF grill for the food. Non GF food was delicious too.

Pretty good value for lots of food, I had the Mom's cheese with Udi's gluten free bread and had to take 1/2 for later. Fruit salad as a side option was really good and fresh. My husband had the Midwest with potatoes and fruit and it was more than enough. High Celiac IQ and very accommodating.

They have gluten free bread for their sandwiches, salads, and soups. It was very good, but a little hard to find and parking wasn't was easy to find either. Well worth the search.

Had breakfast here before continuing on our road trip - excited to have lots of options! had the pineapple upside down pancakes made GF as well as the Strawberry shortcake GF pancakes. The Upside down was very cake like while the strawberry was a thinner pancake - both were good (in my opinion the strawberry shortcake was better). Not sure if it was the food here but wasn't feeling well immediately after or again 4 hrs later (but both times felt better within a short time)

Casual design your own sandwich and salad spot in the heart of Flagstaff. GF bread is prepared on separate surface and they asked whether the GF was for an "allergy" which I appreciate (despite the misnomer). Great spot for an easy lunch with no real restrictions.

Sandwiches and salads won't blow you away but it hit the spot for a low hassle sandwich and potato chips lunch spot and it's located next to a candy store so that's cool.

Very tasty! I appreciated that they had gluten free options. I was expecting to just have a salad but I was delighted that I got to have gluten free croutons and soup, too! Kind and considerate staff. They even tried to say our unique names right! Jaeci and Quaelii. I didn't ask about more gf options but will in the future!

I'm sure this can be a gluten free restaurant, but I reacted immediately after consuming one of the pancake items. Their ordering system was very informal, as they yelled the order to the cooks, first giving the item, then the fact it was gluten free (as if almost forgetting I said I was gluten free). It's not a bad place as the food was good, but they also forgot one of my sides, & I had to go ask. maybe it depends on the workers that day.

Great place! So glad we found it. I had a GF breakfast sandwich (they use udi's) and my daughter had GF blueberry pancakes. The folks in the kitchen were very aware of GF issues and were patient with all our questions. The coffee is excellent too, which is such a plus. Lots of alternative milk options as well. Great experience.
