Review of mix

MIX is a build your own salad or hot broth bowl restaurant with a millennial vibe. The food is fast and nutritious. No burgers and fries here. Salads have names like Marrakech, Thai Bowl, Falafel Dream, Nacho Libre, Whatcom Cobb and Fall Harvest. All are gluten free. Hot broth bowls can be make gluten free—Chicken Verde Pozole and Tomato Shakshuka. There are also Kids’ Mix like Rice Bowl, Bento Bowl and Kids’ Nachos—all gluten free. For dessert there’s Frozen Custard by Lopez Island Creamery with choice of toppings. This creamery is know for excellent ice cream.
