Think of this as a cafe rio style assembly line. All food products (except the meat which is cooked fresh) is sitting next to one another and the same spoon is used to serve multiple dishes and is only rinsed in a pot in between. I don’t know what the cooking area for the meat is like so not sure of the cross contamination there. They say they serve tamari but it’s in an unmarked container so I cannot confirm if it is or isn’t. They do have a ton of items marked as GF but cross contamination may be high.
