Review of Mixin It Up

This is the second review I have,or am writing. My first one seems to have mysteriously disappeared. This bakery, and its owners rate a 10 for me. I so enjoy going somewhere you don't have to scrutinize the merchandise, pick something you hope is Gluten Free and hope for the best. Everything is Gluten Free and it is all so good.

Recently I attended a class offering, Gluten Free 101. It was excellent and I highly recommend it. So much information given to us by very knowledgeable and energetic instructors. Whether you have been GF for sometime, or are new to this lifestyle, this class is for you. Interactive with many questions asked, and best of all, many answers given.
