Ive been here twice. The first time was fantastic! The waitress knew what gluten was and helped guide me to safe options.
The second time I got glutened. The waitress this time tried to show me only vegetarian options (maybe she thought gluten allergy= vegetarian). My family and I explained in detail what gluten was and what typically has it (such as soy sauce and anything soy sauce based) I ordered similar to what I got last time and asked her to make sure the chef knows it’s a gluten allergy.
One roll that doesn’t normally have ponzu.. had ponzu inside. I am now suffering

I have always loved this restaurant. They have gluten free soy sauce and if you tell your waiter, they are very good about informing you of what has gluten. I’ve eaten here my entire life and never had any issue.
