The Miyuki restaurant in the hotel does a kaiseki (set course menu) that they will modify to make gluten free or accommodate any other allergies if you call ahead when making the reservation. I got to enjoy soybean skins with ikura (salmon roe), kappa maki (cucumber rolls), clam and seaweed soup, sashimi, cooked red snapper, yakiniku (beef and veggies cooked on a lava stone), miso soup, rice with seaweed, and fruits for dessert, though the dishes may change over time. Very fancy authentic experience, would go back!
