Surprisingly, Mizu was great at accommodating to my Gluten Free requests. I went for hibachi and they were able to make my chicken and fried rice in the kitchen using gluten free soy sauce. I still felt included even though the hibachi chef made everyone else’s at the table. Very happy with my meal from Mixu!
