Mizu Sushi & Hibachi Express

I love this place! The waitress is very knowledgeable she helped me pick out items that were gluten free or that could be made gluten free. They also have gluten free soy sauce if you ask!

Visiting friends in Bradenton and we called about concerns with a “Gluten Allergy” (I have celiac). The waitress was thoroughly reassuring and helped suggest dishes that the chef made to my order to accommodate my GF needs...including GF soy sauce (chicken hibachi w/ rice and veggies, GF soup and a salad that they subbed the dressing to be GF without my asking them to—they were on point). They do not advertise that all on their website though.
