This is a little gem of a place that can be a little haven for those of us with limited options in the Midwest. Their sashimi is definitely gluten free (but it is not served with any bed of rice - just fish). The seaweed salad is gluten free. I believe there was one other option I could potentially do. The server was knowledgeable. The only bummer is that I had to bring my own tamari sauce since they only had soy sauce there. Still, good to have other options!
