There was a huge queue when I arrived, as apparently it was reviwed by Michelin and it is very popular for tourists. They have English, Chinese and Korean menus. I waited for 45 min to get in and 5 to be served (you order while in the queue).
I must say at the beginning I felt pretty confident in their knowledge as they had a gluten free section and the waiter was able to tell me that the soy sauce was GF. Then I went inside and I had the opportunity to see them cook while eating as it is the japonese typical bar in front of the grill. The cook was using the same cooking instruments for all the meals, most of them containing gluten, but I realized after I ate half of my plate. Definitely there was cross-contamination as I felt sick for the rest of the day... A real pity since it was really tasty.
