We went here after discovering this spot on FMGF and was so excited to eat somewhere with a Michelin Star! There is a queue to go in and eat but moved fairly quickly. We waited about 45-hour at around 1 PM on a Saturday.

Food was delicious and my group was happy they had other options that were outside of the Gluten Free realm. The menu in English laid out a Gluten Free Option which was a mushroom based option— restaurants in Japan will sometimes have a “wheat free” option but not exclusively gluten free.

They cook in front of you on the same griddles they cook all food on so there may be cross contamination but with the heat from the griddle and the team wiping down between each customer I felt safe enough eating there and did not get sick.
