Staff at the front not super knowledgeable but waitress was very knowledgeable and communicated directly with chef and manager to make sure we had a good experience. My husband who is sensitive but not Celiac ordered the ribs - and the waitress explained they smoke them with Guinness. He said he was ok with that- but the manager came out to double check. Fries are in a dedicated fryer. Wings can be baked. No gf buns.
