The chef/server seemed very knowledgeable when we explained that the food had to be prepared for a celiac with zero gluten. We questioned the Ahi Poke bowl and was assured that the fish marinade used Tamari and rice used rice vinegar. Nima sensor detected no gluten. Was nice to have a pool side option to enjoy with the family. They said they could also make the tacos gluten free but did not have a dedicated fryer for other options.
