The young staff who were serving the food had no idea what gluten-free was. Told me they made a special list on the tablet of what I could eat, but left some gluten filled food in this list. Felt really bad the week after.

I got my own tablet to order, so the dishes I ordered weren't mixed with the food my family ordered. It's very clear what dishes are gluten free and the food tastes very good. However there are only a few dishes that are gluten free and they don't have the possibility to make dishes gluten free that originally aren't. I feel like there are other sushi restaurants that offer way more possibilities.
