Review of Moab Brewery

Our first meal in Moab, I had high expectations, despite my many food allergies and gluten intolerance. (Corn, soy, wheat, etc.) However, after being greeted and seated, my expectations fell. The menu was not promising. When I asked our waitress questions about ingredients, she seemed confused and not at all knowledgeable. When she went to look at ingredients, she only checked for one of my allergies. I ended up ordering a chicken and veggie dish. When it arrived, I could tell that it was drenched in butter or oil or some other contraband. It did taste delicious, but I was worried about what else might have been hidden. Avoid if you have allergies or gluten problems!
