Manager explained that they can't "guarantee" celiac-friendly (legally) but took many steps to put our minds at ease. He personally visited the table and consulted with the server and the kitchen. Ordering kids menu items is always hard in this 'roadhouse-style' but they accommodated with a lettuce wrapped kids burger and knew that the fries were battered and off limits. They have a 'gluten-friendly' menu for adults.
