Review of Moab Brewery

The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. Although I came in as the kitchen was closing, they were happy to serve me. From the separate "gluten friendly" menu I enjoyed a cup of the vegetarian chili (hearty) and the chicken almond salad (greens, toasted almonds, moist & chilled grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, celery, ginger vinaigrette). Would definitely go back. Don't know if the restaurant is celiac friendly, as I am GF by choice due to a mild sensitivity.
