Rang prior to confirm catering to coeliac conditions. Without hesitation very clear they do. Cook in seperate area. Can also make GF options on their pasta items. Confirmed again when seated and knowledgeable wait staff. Accommodated with GF bread and chef made me GF fries in seperate oil.

We stayed near the Airport the night before our flight and emailed Mobius prior to confirm they could cater for Coeliac GF. My daughter ate a Gnocci for a starter and Steak with Vegetables (swapped for fries which were not GF) for for the main. The staff were knowledgeable and the food was good. Would definitely recommend.
