We use a shared commercial kitchen at the VFW Noblesville. Our gluten-free items: Mochi banana bread & mochi brownies.

On safety—We use separate kitchen tools and pans to make our gluten-free mochi banana bread and gluten-free mochi brownies. We do use a shared kitchen so the kitchen is not dedicated to only gluten-free products.

Mochi Joy operates out of a licensed commercial kitchen inside the VFW in Noblesville. Our doors open for walk-ins at 7:30am on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Pre-order for same day pick up and delivery is available beginning at 8:30 am. Mochi Joy isn't just a mochi donut shop. We're a mochi experience! If you're a gluten-free mochi fan, you'll love what we have in store for you. We currently offer gluten-free mochi banana bread, and gluten-free mochi brownies. We have lots more coming soon.
