Omg moving to Colorado Springs just for this place!! Just kidding not actually moving but I’d consider it just to have these donuts everyday because they are AMAZING! Most gluten free donuts are just a cake in the shape of a donut (also delicious) but these have the actual fried doughnut texture and are literally life changing if you have celiac!!! HIGHLY recommend.

100% GF donut spot - the only downside is they don’t regularly have dairy free / vegan options available. They have to be ordered by Wednesday of the same week for pick-up on Thursday (per the worker) because they separately make / roll the dough and fry it separately. Their typical donuts have milk and butter in them so I unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy but my gluten-eating boyfriend said they were great!

My 10yo son has CD. He was ecstatic!!! A 100% gluten free kitchen so no stressing about cross contamination. First time having fresh hot fried gf donuts. Unbelievable!

Amazing- stopped in while visiting the area from Wisconsin and the best GF donuts I have ever had. I haven’t had a fresh donut in a decade and I could have cried being able to eat anything and feel safe. Strawberry powdered sugar and blueberry lime were top notch!!

I ate here 3 of the 5 days I visited Colorado Springs. Donuts are fresh and oh so good! I loved that there were several flavors to choose from. Even my gluten eating family enjoyed them. We especially liked that we could tear off donut hole sized pieces of each donut and share.

OMG! Amazing and a half!! I had a couple of different donuts and a drink, and everything was outstanding. But the best thing about this place is that it’s dedicated gluten free, so I was able to confidently order anything that looked good on the menu instead of ordering the the one obligatory GF item while worrying about cross-contamination. I felt like a real human!! 🥰 the girl who ran the shop was friendly and helpful too. Overall 11/10 experience!

Gluten free donuts in a 100% gluten free shop!!! They’re made from mochi but really taste like donuts not mochi. Most mochi I’ve had is kind of spongy. But these are fluffy and springy.
There are set flavors and new flavors every week. The flavors are very creative. I’ve loved lots of different flavors.
Edit: we come for donuts on special occasions. Everyone in the fam wants them for a birthday weekend breakfast, Mother’s Day, fathers day, other holidays. We introduce all our extended family and some friends. Everyone loves them. A few who can eat gluten still prefer Mochi Thai’m to any other donuts.

INCREDIBLE donuts. Friendly staff. Tons of options. The cookies and cream and maple bourbon were a hit, but you can’t go wrong with the regular glazed or chocolate glazed either. Super tasty!

I first had Mochi Thai’m donuts at a wedding and they’re soooo good. I was excited to discover that we had a dedicated GF facility for donuts in the Springs. Dedicated facilities are practically unicorns. They have a number of delicious standard flavors as well as daily specials. The churro and chocolate glazed standards are my favorites and the specials are always yummy too. Staff is super friendly and it’s always a good experience.

I love this place! I love both the boba and the donuts! My entire gluten-eating family enjoyed the donuts and it was fun to have them in the flower shape so we could individually tear off a piece and try all of the different flavors.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Holy moly!! We are in town visiting friends and knew we had to come here and eat these donuts!! I can’t believe a 100% GF donut place exists! The purple ube of the regular flavors was my favorite and also the cookies and cream!

My favorite so far has been the raspberry white chocolate. But many flavors are delightful. The purple one is my preferred of the normal offerings.

Such deliciousness! I had the Churro flavor, which was cinnamon sugar; part of a donut glazed with chocolate and part of one with an Ube glaze. The Ube glaze just tasted sweet. The chocolate was delicious. The cinnamon sugar Churro flavor was excellent!
