Review of MOD Pizza

MOD says they can’t guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination. But I told him my daughter was celiac, the guy washed a pizza pan and made her pizza on that, so it didn’t touch anything else. And then put it in the oven on that pan so it wouldn’t touch the oven grates either. He slid it right into the box, and it never touched anything that would have had gluten on it. I chose the cauliflower crust, and all went well. Grateful for the extra attention! Will update this if she ended up feeling sick.
