The waitstaff will use dedicated trays and do a glove change. But they always ask is it's allergy or a preference which irritates me. 😕The ingredients are gluten free. However, the cross contamination is horrible. They use gloves to grab the food so if the person before you had a gluten crust and the staff touches it then touches the veggies you may still get ill. Also, they stick the crust into he same brick I've where it touches the same surface.
