Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

I just had the WORST breakfast experience here. From the moment we walked in, terrible customer service. There were no other customers, so there was no excuse for that. Apparently there was an issue with their equipment, so they had no bagels (this is beyond their control, so I understand; nevertheless it was unfortunate). The available breads were in the wrong racks (mid-labeled), so confusing as to what was available. My “to-go” breakfast sandwich took over 15 minutes to prepare. The food is incredibly overpriced and mediocre at best. I cannot stress enough how RUDE every member of their staff is. I had such high expectations. I walked 35 minutes in the rain to get there. I’ve never been so let down with a dining experience. Will NOT be returning.
