Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

Completely gluten free facility, best GF bagel I have ever tasted. My wife and I had the price fixe champagne brunch (the only way to book a Sunday AM reservation at the time), which might not have been worth it from a pricing standpoint. However, everything we ate and drank was amazing. The sommelier - at a bagel place - brought us our champagne upon arrival. I am not a big breakfast beverage guy, but the turmeric and ginger tea latte was excellent. For my entrée I had the "Avo & Smoke," which was smoked salmon and avocado on an everything bagel. Best breakfast bagel I have ever had, including my gluten days. The cinnamon bun pastry they brought for dessert was also outstanding. Incredible overall experience.
