Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

The food here is simply amazing. The entire place is GF, the bagel and cream cheese options are delicious and the cinnamon rolls are heaven. They offer vegan options as well including tofu cream cheese. Eating food from here makes me forget I have celiac because I can eat everything on the menu and it does not taste GF. It is a must visit if you are in NYC, I try to go every time I am there. The GF flour blends are also awesome (blends by orly)- making cinnamon rolls or bread with these blends and the accompanying online recipes are so easy and delicious.
