Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

I don’t even know where to start. Real bagels. CHALLAH that tastes like Challah, and when you bring it home, toasts and French toasts like a dream.

I really appreciate that they put their flours on the website and are clear about allergens. I can’t have soy flour, for example, so I avoided many of the pastries. But the bagels, the challah (only available on Friday)- DREAMS.

Did I mention that you can also have these DoorDashed if your home/hotel is within the radius?

If you’re gluten free, please stop researching, and go get yourself a bagel. You’ll be so happy you did.
